Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen von Sonntags bis Dienstags diese Wohnung gemietet, um Den Haag zu besichtigen. Dafür hat uns die Lage und die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen. Der Check in und Check out war sehr einfach. Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung: in der Küche fehlten uns das angegebene Öl und Pfeffer und ein Backblech für den Ofen. Das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank roch sehr unangenehm. Badezimmer: der Duschkopf sowie einige Badezimmerarmaturen bräuchten dringend ein Update. Die Toilette spritzt enorm, wenn der Deckel nicht rechtzeitig schließt. Leider war im Eingangsbereich und im WC ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch festzustellen. Betten, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren super. Größe der Wohnung ist super um mit 4 Erwachsenen hier zu bleiben. Am Samstagmorgen hatten wir leider für etwa eine Stunde kein fließend Wasser. Wir waren nicht darüber informiert worden, hatten aber im Hausflur gesehen, dass in der unteren Wohnung eine neue Dusche eingebaut wird und hatten das Problem darauf zurückgeführt.

The stairs are a little bit more narrow and steep to what a Canadian is used to but that seems common in Europe as we have different standards. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay there again on my next visit if it’s available. Grocery store was 2 minutes away and the neighborhood was great.

Check in was very straightforward, and there were no issues with the keys. Only for those who may travel with a buggy for example, may struggle with the staircases. There were a few small things missing that would've made it even better, and while the mezzanine bedroom was super cozy, the bed was quite uncomfortable. Still, we enjoyed our stay here!

Allerdings gab es einige Mängel, die wir bei dem Preis nicht erwartet hätten, wie: kaputte Dusche/Handbrause , Pfannen unbrauchbar, so zerkrazt dass wir schwarze Teflonstücke im Essen hatten, eingebranntes Essen im Topf, Handgriff Fenster kaputt, Bediengriffe Ofen/Mikrowelle kaputt, leichte Schimmelstellen im Bad.

Place was very accessible and the use of codes for entry was very useful. The transport from Schiphol airport to the accommodation was very easy. Locals people were very friendly and always willing to help. After arriving at the accommodation, it was very clean, my sisters and I felts at home immediately. The supermarket just a few minutes away was very much welcome to buy teas and coffee as when we arrived there was nothing else to make a hot drink apart from sugar and cooking oil. The beds were very comfortable even the little single bed at the attic although one had to be careful for safety reasons. The Hague city was fascinating and full of life, close to Rotterdam and the Amsterdam. The journeys were made easy by the good means of transport.The trams, Ubers, metro and train were available close to us. Restaurants with good food was very much appreciated. I am a Kenyan and I found a Kenyan restaurant just few steps away from the flat? Very surprised and amazing. Thank you.

Apartment was as described, but one kitchen power outlet came off the wall, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, one window handle came apart and some of the lights didn't work. Otherwise very cozy and comfortable apartment. Big plus for the drying washing machine!

Super Lage in Den Haag! Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt, hat aber auch direkt um die Ecke die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bad hat etwas Optimierungsbedarf bei der Dusche, das haben wir Hendrik schon mitgeteilt. Die Zimmer sind soweit geräumig, das fünfte Bett befindet sich auf einem Zwischenboden und ist eine gute weitere Schlafmöglichkeit - allerdings nicht für kleine Kinder oder Menschen, die Schwierigkeiten mit steilen Treppen haben. Wir hatten dennoch eine schöne Zeit bei Hendrik und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

This worked fine for us as a family of five. Eldest child liked being up on the mezzanine (although you wouldn’t put a very young child up there). Een geweldige locatie. Hier kunnen we zeker terugkomen. Zoals eerder besproken misten we een vuilbakje in de badkamer en toilet. Een rekje om je spullen op te leggen in de badkamer. De stopcontacten in de slaapkamer naast de badkamer, waren slecht bereikbaar om CPAP toestel aan te sluiten. In de keuken misten we wijnglazen en een keukenhanddoek. Oh ja het bed op de boven verdieping, wiebel wobbel, maar goed dat het er is. Verder prima in orde! Restaurant naast de deur, zeker een aanrader.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. In der Nähe findet man jede Menge schöne Restaurants und Cafés. Danke der drei Schlafzimmer ist die Wohnung perfekt, wenn man mit mehreren Personen reist. Leider ist das Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Küche eher mäßig ausgestattet. Da wir aber die Vielzahl an Restaurants testen wollten, war das nicht weiter schlimm. Check-in und -out waren dank Codeschloss vollkommen unkompliziert.

Meine 4 Freundinnen und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Hendriks Unterkunft. Als wir während des Aufenthaltes eine Frage hatten, hat Hendrik sofort reagiert. Wir würden sofort nochmal dorthin reisen.

Generell eine wirklich schöne Wohnung und gut gelegen. Leider fehlt es in der Wohnung etwas an Instandhaltung und Sauberkeit. Bei Ankunft war jegliche Deko (Pflanzen, Teelichtgläer etc) lieblos in einer Ecke auf dem Boden im Wohnzimmer deponiert, das hätte man auch schön arrangieren können - die Dinge sind ja gegeben! Zudem fehlt es im Bad definitiv an einem Mülleimer und der Möglichkeit Dinge abzulegen oder aufzuhängen. Wenn sich hier etwas mehr gekümmert werden würde, sicherlich eine Top Ferienwohnung!

Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer super Lage. Das dritte Zimmer / Schlafmöglichkeit war nicht fotografiert oder beschrieben und deswegen eine kleine Überraschung (Schlafen auf einer zweiten ebene direkt unterm Dach, kein richtiges Zimmer aber absolut ausreichender Schlafplatz). Mittlerweile sind ein paar Flecken an den Wänden, vermutlich vom Insekten jagen und das Badezimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können aber das ist meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau. Es ist wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und absolut eine Empfehlung wert wenn man Den Haag besucht.

War ein kurzer, aber schöner Aufenthalt. Die steile Treppe zur Wohnung war schon eine Herausforderung mit Gepäck. Das Schlafzimmer oben ist offen mit Sicht zur Küche/Wohnzimmer, was man bestimmt besser hätte lösen können (Ruhe bzw. Privatsphäre ist dort schwierig).

Wirklich sehr zentrale Unterkunft. Check in sehr einfach. Türklinken sind tatsächlich ziemlich locker und hatte man öfters mal in der Hand. Nur ein Weinglas ist vielleicht für 5 Personen etwas wenig, sonst aber super ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit Hendrik sehr einfach und das Angebot mit dem Parkhaus um die Ecke ist klasse. Im Badezimmer bildet sich aufgrund der fehlenden Lüftung langsam Schimmel…sollte man im Blick behalten. Etwas teuer dennoch gute Unterkunft.

Excellent central location, close to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Open lounge/kitchen area with comfortable sofa. The third bedroom is a mezzanine located above the lounge area with no door. Apartment needs more care - door handles constantly falling off, walls in need of a touchup. Hand soaps were filled with water and wet washing left in the machine! No welcome pack or guide for the apartment, there was an online portal but contained little information.

Good stay, ok neighboorhood. Apartment looked like advertised. Loose door knobs has been reviewed about before. A bit too heavy on the superlatives in the description compared to what the apartment is, which is a fine apartment for 4-5 (the alcove in the attic has a bed, but no walls to the living room) quite central in Den Haag. Heavy weed smell in the apartment, which we had to spend the better part of the days airing out. Wet laundry in the washing machine which we felt the need to deal with. We did not contact Henrik about this during the stay though, so us dealing with it might be on us. Host uses a third-party page, Duve(dot)co, as a check in place which requests passport information. I do not know how common this is on Airbnb, but this is nice to know before you engage if you are concerned about privacy stuff.

Heel fijn en ruim appartement, 2 grote 2-persoonskamers, goede bedden, voldoende kastruimte. De 3de 1-persoonskamer onder het dak is ideaal voor een tiener (wel opletten met het trapgat). Fijne, gezellige leefruimte, goed uitgeruste keuken, fijne badkamer met grote douche, ruime inkomhal. De trap naar de tweede verdieping waar het appartement is, is ietwat stijl maar goed te doen. De locatie is ideaal om op wandelafstand centrum Den Haag te ontdekken. AH op een paar meter, handig voor de boodschappen. Een een lekker Italiaans restaurant naast de deur. Als we nog eens naar Den Haag komen, boeken we opnieuw.

Moderne sehr gut gelegene Wohnung. Hendrik von LVM stays hat immer schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet. Die Wohnung war sauber und super eingerichtet, sodass Kochen etc kein Problem war. Das einzige was eventuell stören könnte ist, dass das Wohnzimmer und das ein Stockwerk höher gelegene Einzelbettzimmer keine Trennwand haben.

We had a great stay overall in Hendrik's place. Very clean, spacious enough for a group of five, great amenities and excellent location, lots to do nearby. Smooth check in process. Looked exactly like the pictures in listing. Hendrik communicated clearly and was very friendly throughout. Only complaint was some of the door handles and window handles were broken - some windows had to stay shut and one door handle fell off entirely during our stay.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber. Hier und da war etwas kaputt, hat uns aber nicht an irgendetwas gehindert. Der Platz hat für 5 Mädels perfekt gereicht. Ein Weinglas mehr hätte nicht geschadet (waren vier Vorort und wir zu fängt) ?? Die Umgebung ist sehr sehr schön und man kann diese gut erkunden. Zu Fuß ist der Strand leider nicht gut erreichbar (stand bestimmt in der Beschreibung und wir haben es überlesen ??), dafür ist dieser jedoch gut mit der Tram zu erreichen. Also rundum waren wir sehr zu Frieden diese Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein nächstes mal!

Gorgeous apartment! Ample room for four people. Hendrik is an excellent host who is super helpful and responsive. Close to bus and tram stops; grocery store steps away. Also lots of lovely coffee shops and breakfast spots within walking distance. Slightly far from pier but extremely easy to get there by public transit. The peace palace you can literally see from the windows. We really enjoyed our stay and would rebook in a heartbeat.

Een dag voor vertrek zochten we nog wat contact via de airbnb app en via WA, we moesten nog een sleutelcode ontvangen. We kregen geen contact we hadden mogelijk niet het juiste 06-nummer. Een uur voor vertrek hadden we nog geen contact daar kreeg ik wat “buikpijn” van, het was onze eerste keer gebruik makend van Airbnb. De plek en gastvrijheid maakte een hoop goed ?

Leider war die 5te Person bei unsere Reise nicht mehr die jüngste und hat sich nicht zugetraut auf dem wackeligen Bett ganz oben zu schlafen, besonders da der Weg runter etwas abenteuerlich ist. Als tip zouden we meegeven dat de details net wat netter hadden mogen zijn; zo misten we bijvoorbeeld een handdoekje en een prullenbakje in het toilet en de badkamer, had de douchekop een spray antikalk kunnen gebruiken en was de handzeep afwasmiddel aangelengd met water. Over het algemeen was het echter schoon en netjes en was het meeste wat je nodig hebt zeker aanwezig. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad!

This little apartment is well thought out and had everything we needed for our stay. The fans were useful as it was very very hot in Den Haag for our visit. It’s a bit of a hike up the stairs to the entrance and you need to be fit to want to do this with a suitcase or lots of luggage as the stairs are steep and small which as normal for Dutch apartments in our experience. The location is pretty good although not very close to a tram, everything is walkable. There are some good food and coffee options really close by. Overall a very clean, well presented and comfortable place to stay.

Great location, close to transport and the Peace Palace. The flat has everything you need - kitchen equipment, coffee machine and comfortable beds and shower. Separate toilet helpful. Up two flights of steep stairs. Two things to note from our stay - We arrived to sheets piled high on top of the washing machine and also (cleaned) sheets still inside the tub. As two guests needed to wash straight away, this was really inconvenient; it would have been good to have the laundry area clean. Also, one of the bedroom windows wouldn’t open which made that room very hot, even with the electric fan. But overall, a lovely stay in Den Haag!

Great location and a very nice, well-furnished flat to stay in overall. The main two bedrooms are very nice and comfortable to stay in. Only things to mention are: - the windows in the right-hand bedroom were locked and the keys couldn’t be located, which meant it was sometimes uncomfortably warm at night - the 3rd bed is located in a small attic up steep stairs. The window in the attic unfortunately has no blind attached, so I needed to purchase a sleep mask as it got too bright to sleep properly early in the morning (stayed there in May). Otherwise would recommend staying there.

We really enjoyed our stay ar Hendrik’s airbnb. The kitchen had all the utilities we needed, the rooms and beds were nice plus nice bathroom and shower! We also appreciated the location since everything was walking distance and the apartment is located in a nice neighborhood of The Hague. Ánd it was not located too far from scheveningen if you want to visit the beach. Only little disadvantage we experienced were sometimes some problem with the warm water of the shower (it sometimes wouldn’t heat up). All in all, we would definitely recommend this place if you’d like to visit The Hague.
