Een hele goeie locatie en gezellig appartementje! Alles was naar wens. Er waren twee ventilatoren aanwezig tijdens ons verblijf (tijdens een hitte golf) en dat was een heel aangename verassing!

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in Den Haag und haben uns verliebt. Die Unterkunft war ebenfalls ein Traum! Wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben, weil wir uns so wohlgefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung angegeben. Direkt nebenan war ein großer Supermarkt mit allen Sachen, die man benötigen könnte. Der Parkplatz war zwar 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, war aber dank der tollen Beschreibung sehr leicht zu finden. Man kann sehr gut dahin spazieren und auch zurück 🙂 Hendrik war ein toller Gastgeber, der uns alle Fragen sehr schnell und zuvorkommend beantwortet hat. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und danken, dass wir hier wohnen durften!

Die Unterkunft hat einige klare Stärken: Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Ausstattung insgesamt solide und die Betten bequem. Der Self Check-in per Türcode war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber jederzeit gut erreichbar und engagiert. Leider gibt es aber auch Punkte, die den Aufenthalt unnötig getrübt haben – vor allem, weil sie laut vorherigen Bewertungen offenbar schon länger bekannt sind. Das Wasser im Waschbecken im Bad läuft praktisch gar nicht ab, was im Alltag ziemlich störend ist. Außerdem gibt es im Schlafzimmer nur Nachttischlampen, keine richtige Beleuchtung. Was bisher offenbar noch nicht erwähnt wurde: In der gesamten Unterkunft gibt es nur einen kleinen Spiegel im Badezimmer, der zusätzlich schlecht beleuchtet ist. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders gründlich. Negativ aufgefallen ist vor allem der Außenbereich: Die Stühle draußen waren sichtbar verschmutzt und konnten mangels Küchenrolle auch nicht gereinigt werden. Schöne Unterkunft mit Potential.

We had a wonderful stay at Hendrik’s apartment. The location is excellent. very central and convenient for getting around. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. 因第一次來到海牙，地點對我們很重要。這地方很方便，就在和平宮旁，附近有AH超市和電車/巴士站。環境也算安全寧靜，因此我給五星~ 房源有如照片，乾淨 &空間夠三人住(四大人可能會較擠)。好在我們也只有三件大行李箱，若有第四件恐怕沒地方打開。我喜歡房內有可掛衣和收納櫃子 (唯衣架不太夠) 房內的備品和敘述上有出入。浴室裡無任何備品，只有一瓶手乳。和原先房東說"只"不提供洗髮精 有落差。廚房裡的平底鍋有三個，但其中兩個早該淘汰了(刮痕&塗層掉落) 另一個稍好，免強可用，但尺寸較小。其他用具都有，杯碗盤都算齊全。 調味料有一些，應是前房客們留下的。我也買了油 和蒜，沒用完，留給下一位使用。 房源說是在一樓，其實是二樓 (以美加或亞洲區來說)。入住得爬上約20多階又陡又窄的樓梯。有扛大件又重的行李的人請多考慮，上去和下來都得小心。入住的指令算還清楚，沒花太多時間搞清密碼鎖和入住程序。以上至此~ 接著~ 針對和房東的溝通我只能搖頭! 從一開始訂房後我們所提出的問題就超過一周才回覆，說是管理我們案件的負責人去度假。 接著從在入住兩周前我所提的問題也都沒回覆，直到一周前也是如此。不得已我只好找Airbnb客服協助處理 (找房東)。他們也花了大約2天才連絡上房東，客服的確很盡責，一直有跟我更新最新狀況。至於入住期間我們提出的問題，包況電器的使用，回收如何分類，維修人員何時來? 等等.....都沒回應。只有一次我們反映燈泡壞掉，居然隔天一早就有人來修；雖然最終是沒修好，因維修人員自己也無法拆解下來。這是唯一一次問題有"真人"回應。 針對溝通這部分，我真的只能給1 星。 好在我們入住期間無大事發生~

Our stay was only for two nights and Henrik's place was fine for that amount of time. It was sometimes quite noisy as the road outside is pretty busy and the balcony next door to ours was a mess (including a smashed window), but one can't blame the host for that! The basin in the bathroom was blocked so we had to use the kitchen sink, which was a bit annoying, but the TV, which is huge by the way, made up for that. The beds were really comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would suggest to new guests who arrive by car that they seek out the free weekend parking area near the flat as the costs of street parking in the vicinity of the flat are very high.

Definitely of the best place to stay in Den Haag! surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, everything is within walking distance range. If you bring big luggages (like I did), you will do some extra body exercise to get them into the apartment since the stairs is quite steep 😀 but overall, recommended for anyone who travels with friends and family.

Fijn en ruim appartement op de eerste etage met een grote slaapkamer een een kleinere slaapkamer. Prima voor een gezin met 2 kinderen of zoals wij met 3 volwassenen. Volledig ingerichte keuken, ruime zithoek en een eettafel met 6 stoelen. Badkamer met apart toilet. Het appartement ligt heel gunstig in Den Haag. Wij hebben alles gelopen dit weekend, het was nooit verder dan 15 minuten. Maar de tram & de bus stoppen om de hoek mocht je liever met het openbaar vervoer reizen. Op de hoek zit een leuk koffie/lunchzaakje en op een paar minuten lopen vind je de leukste restaurants.

Mooi ruim, gezellig en met smaak ingericht appartement. We waren met 2 koppels en vonden het fijn vertoeven in de woonkamer. Enkele minpuntjes zijn dat de tweede kamer en bed klein zijn en de verduistering niet ideaal is. Pluspunt is dan weer dat het toilet niet op de badkamer is. Er is ook geen douchegel en shampoo aanwezig. In de keuken misten we voldoende bestek en glazen. Enkel 2 wijnglazen waarvan 1 stuk , andere glazen waren ook schaars. Jammer dat we ook niet goed afgewassen spullen in de kast en schuiven vonden. Ligt het aan nonchalante bezoekers of aan de poetsdienst? Dit gezegd zijnde, hebben we er toch een fijn weekend gehad met een bezoekje aan Voorlinden en Den Haag. Scheveningen vonden we vreselijk ;-))

The apartment itself was great and as expected, once we were able to access. However, accessing the apartment and communication were a challenge. We received access instructions prior to check-in, however, the access code did not work at the time of check-in. We messaged in the app and called the number listed, but received no response. We managed to contact someone at LVM Stays through a search for alternative numbers. It took 2-3 attempts of various phone numbers until we reached someone who answered the phone to help us access the apartment. We spent 30+ minutes until we were finally able to access the apartment. The directions we received were to the wrong apartment initially as well. We first walked into the wrong apartment where someone else was staying. We never received follow-up communication to clarify what happened, but it seems that the access keypad had to be replaced entirely based on the maintenance we witnessed.

Excellent location, and we were simultaneously amazed and impressed watching the steady stream of bicycles as they passed by in the morning. Beds were comfy, double paned windows kept the noise out, and water pressure in shower was good. Hendrik was very quick to respond to a few minor issues when we checked in, and overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Well equipped flat in great location. It was mentioned that the accommodation can take four people and that there is a double bed in the small bedroom. However, this bed is too small for two adult men to sleep in. Considering that the main purpose of staying in such a flat is to sleep, this accommodation is not suitable for four men.

Very nice apartment. The check in process and everything was pretty straight forward, but you are reliant on using your mobile so make sure your battery doesn't die. The location was very good, with easy access to nearby tramlines which can take towards the beachfront, or the city centre in the opposite direction.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, Tramstation in der Nähe und fußläufig alles zu machen. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind schön groß. Ein Toaster und eine bessere Pfanne wären eine tolle Ergänzung zur Nespresso Maschine. Der Besteckkasten müsste aufgefüllt werden . Der Master-Bedroom ist sehr schön und groß und hat einen super Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr sehr klein; das Bett passt gerade rein und sonst nichts. Man sollte sich gut verstehen, wenn man dort schläft ;-). Hendrik ist recht gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich; ein paar Stunden sollte man für eine Reaktion einplanen.

Het appartement is mooi en is voorzien om een mooie tijd door te brengen in Den Haag. Het is een mooie plaats om Den Haag te ontdekken, een mooie wandeling naar Scheveningen door de bosjes en met de tram terug naar Den Haag. In de buurt is een mooi pleintje voor iets te eten en te drinken. De gebuur is een fantastisch italiaans restaurant met de geweldige eigenaar Lello. De stad met bezienswaardigheden is ook op wandelafstand. Den Haag is een mooie rustige stad met veel leven.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und alles war vorhanden. Problematisch war nur die Kommunikation. Erst funktionierte der Code nicht, dann war der Gastgeber nicht Telefonisch erreichbar. Erst als wir uns beim Airbnb support gemeldet haben, wurde der Code freigeschaltet.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gur gelegen und gut erreichbar. Das nahegelegene Parkhaus lohnt sich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist aussreichend zum selber kochen. Die Sauberkeit und die Betten sind völlig in Ordnung. Es gab leider ein paar Probleme mit dem Licht und die vorderen Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, aber das ist aus unserer Sicht nicht so dramatisch.

This spacious and well-equipped apartment is in an excellent location. We appreciated Hendrik allowing us to access the apartment before check in to leave our bags. However, the apartment needs a bit of attention. The main bedroom window is cracked and we would have appreciated some coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. The balcony lights are sensor operated and can’t be turned off. The linen and bath towels that were left in the dryer took a long time to dry. We cleaned out the filter and folded them away.

Een heerlijk weekend in een mooi appartement. We kwamen op vrijdag om 15:30 aan, toen was de schoonmaak nog bezig. Helaas moesten we 50 minuten wachten. Nu kwamen we niet van ver en natuurlijk hebben we ons vermaakt, maar geen warm welkom. Toen we terugkwamen zat de was nog in de droger en waren de handdoeken die voor ons klaar lagen nog vochtig. Die hebben we even uitgehangen. Allemaal kleine dingen, maar dat maakt voor ons wel het verschil. Alleen de lampjes op het nachtkastje doen het in de grote slaapkamer, geen groot licht. Het raam in de grote slaapkamer is stuk en geplakt met tape. De wastafel in de badkamer loopt niet goed door en de afwasmachine kan niet helemaal open, de deur komt tegen de verwarming, zodat deze maar voor de helft te gebruiken is. Natuurlijk hebben we dit gemeld bij de host. We hebben een reactie gekregen, maar er is niet ingegaan op de inhoud, bijv. geen excuses voor het wachten. Het is een heerlijk appartement in een fijne buurt, maar met verbeterpunten.

Location was great, communication was good, but I wouldn't call it luxury as stated in the description. The apartment is a nice space but there were a few door handles missing from doors, a few lights and switches didn't work, there was a Nespresso machine but no pods provided, balcony had not been cleaned in a while, the only room with a toilet is barely big enough to sit. Not sure it was worth the cost but it was fine.

Het appartement en de benadering van de verhuurder, de incheckregelementen enzovoorts vonden wij wel iets onpersoonlijk. Het wordt duidelijk bedrijfsmatig verhuurd en mist daardoor net even de persoonlijke touch. Verder een fijn verblijf gehad.

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in went very easy and smooth. Hendrik was super responsive and super helpful especially with parking instructions. The location was good; 15-minute walk to the city centre. The supermarket was nearby. It was quiet in the apartment so we had a good sleep. The apartment was spacious (although the toilet was very tiny). The design of the apartment is nice. Cleanliness was ok. Some minor repairs need to be done but this did not affect our stay. Overall, we had a good experience staying there and definitely consider this place as one of the options for our next stay.

This delightful two-bedroom was the perfect location for our family to explore The Hague. Its location is ideal - with an inspired view of the International Court of Justice out the window. We had a lovely time and would love to stay again.

Très bel appartement, clair et spacieux. Seul point négatif, le salon est très bruyant, c'est un 1er étage juste au dessus d'une rue avec de la circulation (et pas que des vélos !). Les fenêtres s'ouvrent et ferment mal. Par contre, les chambres sont très calmes. La 1ere chambre est très grande, la 2eme est toute petite ! Cuisine et salle de bains parfaites, WC séparés mais minuscules. Très bien desservi par les transports en commun. Escalier plutôt raide pour monter à l'appartement. Appartement uniquement de location, contacts purement professionnels avec Hendrik (agence ?)

What a beautiful apartment! We loved the location. The apartment was a very nice size for four of us, with two comfortable, quiet bedrooms, a living area as well as a nice dining table. We had all the pans and utensils we needed. The apartment is a block from the tram, which you can take to the beach, to the Central train station, many other destinations. It takes 10 minutes to get to the Central station. The apartment is also one block from the Peace Palace. We loved going for breakfast at Blossom, the cafe just down the block and to La Laterna, the excellent Italian restaurant next door. The supermarket is great and just a block away. We drove from Germany and were able to find parking right on the street in front. There is a parking garage nearby, as well. We would love to stay here again, the next time we come to The Hague! Thank you!

Het appartement zelf en de locatie zijn super. Prijs-kwaliteit is ook erg goed. De kleine kamer kan verduistergordijnen gebruiken, gezien het erg licht is. Ook is het appartement erg gehorig en hoor je continu de buren boven je.

Mooi en strak ingerichte woning. Lekker (master)bed en zalig rustig naar achteren de slaapkamers. In de woonkamer hoort men het verkleerslawaai wel erg goed, alsof de ramen de hele tijd open staan. Prima uitvalbasis voor het verkennen van Den Haag en Scheveningen, goed bereikbaar met OV en de AH is om de hoek.

We stayed here for a week when the three of us were visiting our son. It was exactly as described. New and very clean! Beds were very comfortable! Large dining area and well stocked kitchen. This was important as the Netherlands went into lockdown and we had to dine in our apartment. TV was large and plenty of apps to watch movies or listen to music. The area was perfect and easy access to shopping and central Hague. Too cold to use the outside balcony but it looked wonderful. We will definitely come back - and that is the best way to recommend this apartment!

Perfect on everything, the only bad point is that it is a bit noisy in the living room due to windows insulation with road proximity. The area is perfect with a lot of restaurants nice ones. parking is really nearby not really expensive.

Heel mooi, ruim en netjes appartement. Tussen het centrum van Den Haag (15/20 min loopafstand van winkels en horeca) en de Scheveningen pier (10 min tram) in. Vlakbij een tram en bushalte. Lekkere bedden en kussens. Leuk balkon. Echt de prijs waard. Echter kan de reactietijd bij reageren op berichten beter.

Erg genoten van onze paar dagen in Den Haag! Hendrik is erg vriendelijk en reageert snel. Wel zat het hek van het balkon een beetje los en is het appartement wat gehorig als mensen door de hal/op de bovenverdieping lopen. Al met al zeker naar ons zin gehad en een aanrader voor anderen die een paar dagen weg willen!

Very fine location between city center and the sea just next to the Vredenspalais. We liked the design of the apartment a lot and slept well in the beds. For us just the right place to stay, even if the price per night is not a bargain. We would stay here again!

Super nice and clean place of Hendriks. We stayed with four people and there was nothing to critizise or bother about. Location is great, it was super super clean, not noisy, fully equipped and modern decorated. TV with netflix and amazon prime. Prepare for a small toilet room, even though its cool, that shower and toilet are separated - advantage when you travel in groups. We definitely will come back soon 🙂

Das Apartment von Hendrik ist wunderschön und genau so wie auf den Fotos. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, eine Straße weiter fährt eine Straßenbahn direkt ins Zentrum der Stadt. An der Haltestelle konnten wir auch unser Auto kostenlos während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts parken. Ich würde das AirBnB auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!
