The space
Welcome in our new boutique hotel LVM STAYS. We are proud to introduce you to this room. A nice four people stylised deluxe family apartment. The room has a mezzanine where you sleep in kingsize bed and a separate area with a comfy bunk bed. Downstair have your own kitchen, livingroom area and toilet.
Guest access
You have full, private access to the entire suite and the terrace. Access is seamless via a digital code or lockbox—check your Guest App for your arrival details.
Interaction with guests
Your privacy is our priority, but we are always here if you need us! We are available via chat or phone throughout your stay. For all the "ins and outs" of the house and our favorite local recommendations, please refer to your personalized Guest App.

Transportation is effortless: Public Transport: Bus 24, 28, and Tram 1 are just 2 minutes away. Parking: No city parking stress! Neighbourhood
The apartment is centrally located on the Zeeheldenbuurt, this is a unique location with lots of embassies, museums, UN peace palace (4min walking) and other international important locations in the vicinity. The city center is closeby, there are plenty of charming shops, very good restaurants and café’s around. there is also a supermarket located around the corner at 1min walking distance. if you like going to the beach, it can be done quickly and easily. The famous Scheveningen beach is located only 10 minutes away.

super verblijf!

Wir waren für Cirque du soleil in der Stadt umd habe eine Nacht zu viert hier verbracht. Die Wohnung befindet sich 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt und ist somit in direkter Nähe zu vielen tollen Restaurants und Läden, was für uns ein Pluspunkt war, denn so konnte das Auto im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus stehen bleiben konnte. Die Matratzen waren für uns alle zu weich. WC war unten, Dusche mit Waschbecken war oben im Schlafbereich (ohne Tür). Alles in allem war es eine tolle kleine Ferienwohnung zu einem gutem Preis.

Wij hebben hier gelogeerd tijdens een weekendje Den Haag met onze twee kinderen. Het appartement is hier ideaal voor. Allerlei leuke zaakjes op loopafstand, gemakkelijk in de buurt te parkeren op straat tegen een redelijk tarief. Het is wat gehorig en een wijnglas zou nog fijn zijn geweest maar het Nespresso apparaat mèt cupjes maakt dit absoluut goed.

Die Unterkunft war super sauber, modern eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht – von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu einem bequemen Bett. Die Lage war perfekt: ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man schnell überall hinkam. Besonders gefallen hat uns die persönliche Note – man hat gemerkt, dass sich der Gastgeber wirklich Mühe gibt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 5 von 5 Sternen – absolut empfehlenswert!

In de meivakantie twee nachten in dit appartement gelogeerd, samen met onze dochter van 4 jaar. Zij was erg enthousiast over het stapelbed. 😉 Het appartement ligt centraal in Den Haag, vlakbij het Vredespaleis. Openbaar vervoer is op korte afstand aanwezig. Van hieruit kun je makkelijk naar attracties toe. Ook is er op zeer korte afstand een supermarkt te bezoeken. Het appartement ligt aan een vrij drukke straat. Hier merk je echter nauwelijks iets van op het moment dat je binnen bent. Wel hoor je het als andere gasten het gebouw binnenkomen. Het appartement zelf was super schoon, netjes en van de meeste gemakken voorzien. Wij zijn zeer tevreden!

Schöne Wohnung, tiptop sauber. Gut mit Kindern (schöne Schlafnische mit Hochbett). Auch Umgebung sehr gut, mit Tram erreichbar.

Super happy with our stay. Location & apartment was just right for the 4 of us. Great area for walking into centre with lots of cool shop, bars & cafes. Lil tip. When flushing the toilet make sure the buttons pop back up fully as the cistern water will continue to trickle out & you can't flush Highly recommend a stay here! We will be back ?☘️?

Einen freien Parkplatz zu finden in den Haag war nicht immer einfach.

Toplocatie, op wandelafstand van het centrum. Rustige buurt, met veel resto's en bars in de buurt. Net appartement, goede douche en bed. Ideaal voor een weekendje Den Haag.
